The ghosts of the Baltic Room are believed to hail from the 1930's. A well dressed woman is often seen peering down from the balcony, while a dapper man in a fedora walks around the floor, seemingly searching for someone or something. There has also been a well documented report of a charcoal drawing of a face that suddenly appeared in the restroom.
